base-files (1.0.0) trunk

  * Update to SPF 2.0.
  * Rename basefiles source and binary packages.
  * Make base-files "Architecture: any" and "Platform: any".
  * Use distribution and operating system names in /etc/issue and /etc/motd.
  * Remove initscripts binary package and certain files from base-files.
  * Make /run.  Make /var/lock and /var/run links pointing inside /run.
  * Don't make /dev/pts (this is now done at boot time by the init scripts).
  * Remove "common licenses" that so far aren't used in ProteanOS.
