bzip2 (1.0.6-3) trunk

  * Rebuild to fix the "<<" version relation operator incorrectly parsed and
    generated by an old version of opkbuild.
  * Update homepage and maintainer.
  * bzip2, libbz2.1.0: Add standard C library dependencies.
  * libbz2-dev: Remove libbz2.a static library.
  * bzip2: Only conflict with busybox (<< 1.21.1-6); don't replace it.
  * Apply patches to fix two low-impact security vulnerabilities in
    bzip2recover.
