Subject: busybox: Set CONFIG_FEATURE_STAT_FORMAT.

Needed to build linux-libre, apparently:

    Usage: stat [OPTIONS] FILE...

    Display file (default) or filesystem status

            -f      Display filesystem status
            -L      Follow links
            -t      Display info in terse form

    expr: syntax error
    sh: invalid number ''
