gettext (0.18.3.2-1) trunk

  * New upstream version.
  * Update packaging to SPF 2.0 and opkhelper 3.0.
  * Use multiarch library directories.
  * Build gettext-tools, not just gettext-runtime.
  * Generate a new set of binary packages.
  * Add libexpat.1-dev and libunistring-dev to Build-Depends.
