  * New upstream version.
    - libtomcrypt-dev: /usr/lib/*/libtomcrypt_prof.* are no longer installed.
    - libtomcrypt-dev: A pkg-config file is now installed.
  * Update Maintainer and Homepage fields.
  * libtomcrypt-dev: Remove static library.
  * libtomcrypt.0: Use automatic shared library dependencies.
