libtommath (1.1.0-1) trunk

  * New upstream release.
    - Drop old patch to fix the package version in a makefile.
    - libtommath.0 becomes libtommath.1.
    - libtommath-dev now provides a pkg-config file.
  * Update Maintainer and Homepage fields.
  * libtommath-dev: Remove static library.
