Subject: build: Don't update "mrproper" target.

This generates the following output:

    make -f scripts/Makefile.clean obj=Documentation
    make -f scripts/Makefile.clean obj=Documentation/DocBook
    make[3]: /bin/bash: Command not found
    make[3]: /bin/bash: Command not found
    make[3]: /bin/bash: Command not found
    make -f scripts/Makefile.clean obj=Documentation/accounting
    [...]

Something is trying to use Bash, and I can't be bothered right now to
figure out what it is.
