linux-libre (3.4.83~gnu1-1) trunk

  * New upstream version.
  * Update to SPF 2.0 and opkhelper 3.0.
  * Add "source" target to download and verify source.
  * Rename the userspace headers package to linux-libc-dev.
  * Temporarily remove the Linux image package.
  * Use multiarch include directories.
  * Add patch to replace scripts/headers_install.pl with a shell script.
