  * Update to SPF 2.0 and opkhelper 3.0.
  * Update to gcc-4.7.
  * Make target-specific gcc and g++ packages.
  * Generate gcc, cc, g++, and c++ links for native compilers in maintainer
    scripts.
  * Generate c89 and c99 scripts for native compilers in maintainer scripts.
  * Provide cpp link in cpp package.
