for the \fBprokit\fP command and a list of prokit commands with descriptions.

With a \fIcommand\fP given, \fBprokit help\fP prints a synopsis for that
\fIcommand\fP.

Note that \fBprokit -h\fP [\fIcommand\fP] is equivalent to \fBprokit help\fP
[\fIcommand\fP].
