* Update Maintainer and Homepage fields.
* Remove embedded copy of zlib (contains non-free IETC RFCs and isn't
needed anyway).
* Update/finish copyright file.
* Drop patch that allows installation directories to be changed and makes
the driver search the additional executable, startfile/library, and
include directories. Instead, set the executable and startfile/library
search directories in a config header, define the preprocessor's include
file search directories through the (patched) build system, and move files
after installation by the build system.
* cpp-4.7: Replace with target-specific cpp-8-* packages.
* cpp-8-*, gcc-8-*, g++-8-*: Install cc1, cc1plus, collect2, lto-wrapper,
and lto1 under /usr/libexec.
* cpp-8-*: Move liblto_plugin.so* to gcc-8-*.
* gcc-8-dev: New package to provide development files for GCC libraries,
previously provided in gcc-4.7-*.
* libstdc++.6-4.7-dev: Replace with libstdc++-8-dev (drop soversion).
* libasan.5, libatomic.1, libcc1.0, liblsan.0, libtsan.0, libubsan.1: New
packages.
* libitm.1: Remove package, unused in ProteanOS.
* gcc-8-dev, libstdc++-8-dev: Remove static libraries.
* Replace "/gcc-<version>/" and "/c++-<version>/" with "/gcc/<version>/" and
"/c++/<version>/" respectively in directory paths.
* Use automatic shared library dependencies.
* Build with 4 parallel jobs by default.
