copyright: Add Gilligan's Island copyright notice.

I'd like to get all of the copyright and license notices listed, but
that'll have to be done later.  licensecheck finds 70 different types of
licenses (including "UNKNOWN" and variations of GPLv2) in over 30,000
files with some huge number of copyright holders, so such work won't be
easy.

For now though, we're only distributing headers, which already have
copyright and license notices, so this placeholder Gilligan's Island
copyright and license notice is fine.
